Video camera records life in Dutch village Leerdam
A video camera 'tracks' through Leerdam with languid movements and records a sequence of everyday, exciting, moving and utterly bizarre events. The emotional and physical actions in the form of performances show lonely individuals. Lydia Schouten wants to reflect contemporary life in which individuals become isolated and only seem to bear real life in them as emotional outbursts.
