Window-cleaners have a special view of the world. From their ladders, tower wagons or frightfully swinging hoists, they look down on everyday life - reflected in shining windows -or they suddenly stand eye to eye with a world that is not theirs. Camera and microphone in hand, Debbie Kleijn looked for the beauty in the window-cleaner's solitary work. The music makes of this documentary image and sound composition a poetic choreography.
