Kleur me blauw

Director: Leilah van der Meer
Ten-year-old Dani grows up in a family where everything revolves around cameras, content and likes. As the digital world seeps into their reality, the line between online and offline starts to blur.

The family of Dani (10) and her younger sister Lou spends all their time together sharing their lives with the outside world on social media. Every day centres around new videos, new clothes, new toys — all for the sake of new content. But behind the seemingly perfect family life lies a very different reality. When a major event disrupts their carefully constructed routine, the boundaries between the digital and the real world begin to blur even further. A tense graduation film about growing up in a world where online and offline become increasingly hard to tell apart.
