Personal ode to the cinema of the 1960s and to Monica Vitti, the Italian actress who had her breakthrough in that era. She is represented in black-and-white drawings. Black-and-white photographs show modernistic architecture. Although the film is only composed of still images, character and environment merge miraculously owing to the moving film camera, which alternately glides across the drawings and photographs.
