Spin-off around the two henchmen of Dr. Brein from the St. Nicholas films by Van Nellestijn. The duo receives a mysterious family heirloom.
Joris and Boris became known as the henchmen of the mean Dr. Brein, in the series of St. Nicholas films by Van Nellestijn. In this spin-off, the roguish gentlemen receive a mysterious family heirloom from a notary, which launches a search for the valuable possessions of their ancestors. Because the rather clumsy inspector Jankers thinks the two have some mischief in mind, he follows them to the sunny island of Cyprus, where tradition requires them to look for a mysterious temple. Their new friendship with Anna and the brothers Max and Michiel lands them in the hotel of Tante and her assistant Grudo. Unbeknownst to the cheerful guests, these two rascals are suspiciously interested in the search undertaken by the group of friends.
