Stijn (14) follows a learning programme at a sheltered workshop where he works with wood and metal. This documentary follows him while he tries to find his way back to his school and his mother.
One year ago, Stijn flew off the rails; he got suspended and the shame caused him to break off contact with his mother. Now, he follows a learning programme at a sheltered workshop, where he has candid conversations with his supervisor Duco. Between the welding and the sanding, Stijn talks about the combination of liquor, drugs and explosive impulsiveness that caused him so much trouble. Will he be able to avoid his old patterns and pick up his life again?
