A drifter in a road worker's coat is fanatically controlling the traffic in the Amsterdam Pijp quarter. The soundless, crude Super8 film was shot from a window on a higher floor. The traffic controller seems delighted, but the passers-by hardly seem to notice the man. Remarkable impression of a big city moment.
