Short poetic film based on the poem Ithaka by the Greek poet Constan­tine Kaváfis (1863−1933) about the freedom of trav­el­ling. Along the shore, vague figures can be distin­guished in the distance. A sailing vessel looms up on the horizon like a mirage. The film is also inspired by Werner Herzog’s film Fata Morgana.
