Papa Riley has bade farewell to his nomadic life and now lives with his sons Ossie and Tito in a drab high-rise housing estate in Dublin. One day, grandpa comes round with a shining white horse and gives it to the children. But the horse soon attracts the attention of unscrupulous horse dealers.
