The undisputed star of this satire on social media culture is Influenza. Found as a dead cormorant in Vlieland's marina, now revived on Instagram through a 3D scan. Her nearly ten thousand followers (or 'dearies', as Influenza calls them) come for her advice that is quintessentially human. Your interaction with Influenza on Instagram determines the continuation of the series. As a matter of fact, a number of followers worry about Influenza's loss of identity due to her constant transformations. Will she be afforded the perfect beauty ideal, or will she die in anonymity due to drop-out fans?
