Ichiko consists of a few scenes from a non-existing film. The images suggest a bigger story that precedes them and will continue after the film has ended. In a short previous history, a Japanese girl who has fled Tokyo is introduced. In close-up, she wanders around an alienating Amsterdam at night, while her thoughts are audible via the voice-over.
