The Amsterdam Bijlmer neighbourhood plays the leading role in this light-hearted comedy, which Aruban director Aramis Garcia Gonzalez based on his father’s life. While the charismatic Hobi (Kendrick Etmon) sets out with his son on his weekly daddy day, he tries to sell his car against his will. Driven by the profound wish to move back to Aruba, and convinced he can still save his marriage, he will first have to pay off some outstanding debts.
