A search for the soul of the far Norwegian north, where the sun does not shine for two months a year. Poetic documentary portrait of how some inhabitants experience the dark spell.

In the far north of Norway, the sun does not shine for two months a year. This poetic documentary shows the state of mind of a few inhabitants who settled in this nocturnal hemisphere, where nature is still largely untouched. The darkness lends the landscape an even more overwhelming power and the longing for the sun appears to make people melancholy.
