In this gripping six-part thriller series, Mardik (Nasrdin Dchar), an ambitious detective of Afghan origin, is quickly suspected of involvement in a terrorist attack in Amsterdam. AIVD employee Joëlle distrusts Mardik after diving into his past and coming across a shady childhood friend. While she starts a perilous investigation in a race against the clock, Mardik tries to prove his innocence.
