In her hospital bed and around her wheelchair, a liberating dance unfolds between Sophie, the playful Puck and Sophie’s mother, who’d rather see her daughter ill.
When the playful Puck pops up beside the hospital bed of Sophie (11), she makes Sophie move again. Will this enable her to regain her liveliness and wrest from her mother’s yoke, who always keeps an eye on her? In a final duet, Sophie and Puck are opposite mother, in this special dance film about an often unnoticed form of child abuse.
