Striking portrait of three young Mexican women who embrace the forces of nature and listen to previous generations, who were silenced in a world of ancestral trauma and gender inequality.
Evelyn, Alicia & Frida are three young Mexican women. They embrace nature as their home and use their bodies as mirrors of their feelings. By listening to their subconscious, they hear generations of women who have been silenced to this day. A hypnotising journey through body and mind, man and earth, pain and hope, ego and humility, discord and harmony. Debuting filmmaker Raalte found her own voice, using it to stand up for those who have been muzzled.
