A long-distance runner has an argument with a group of boys, who chase him in a car and call for the police. He however keeps on running across a city, on embankments, along fields and greenhouses.
Seen from his own viewpoint and from a distance, we see a long-distance runner (played by the Kenyan athlete Francis Kibiwott) run across a city, on embankments, along fields and greenhouses. Passers-by shout clichés like 'They've already caught him!' and a dog barks at his legs. When a group of boys bothers him, he runs over their car, which results in a chase that attracts more and more policemen.
