Twenty-year-old Niko spends his days in the anonymous gym of a sports centre, where his willpower is soon noticed by a personal trainer. Although they see each other every day, their contact remains limited and indifferent. This changes when Niko makes considerable progress and the two get caught up in a power struggle.
