Animation in which the director scrutinises himself without reservations. A turbulent process that shows that sometimes your emotions are beyond your control.
When director and animator River Roest began searching for who he really was, he ended up in a never-ending process. When you start analysing yourself, you just keep finding new things. In this animation, he tried to capture his turbulent emotions in images. The result is a film that proves it is okay to find your feelings important enough to make a film about them.
