A famous British porn actress and a heartbroken fan gain surprising insights around intimacy when their 'Fuck-a-Fan' shoot takes an unexpected turn.

Porn icon Cloe Cam, irresistible with her neon-blue hair and tattoos, launches a 'Fuck-a-Fan' competition. The winner can feature in a scene with her. The fortunate one? That is twenty-something Thomas (Joes Brauers) with his broken heart. Once on the movie set, his vulnerability clashes with the staged reality of the porn industry. The contact he craves turns out to be far-flung. But something unexpected happens: Their transaction turns into a search for intimacy and authenticity, far exceeding an online moment. This debut film is an exploration of vulnerability, longing and the gap between performance and genuine connection.

In addition to being nominated in the Golden Calf Competition, this film is part of the NFF Debut Competition and has been nominated for the 2025 Film Prize of the City of Utrecht. The winner will be announced on Monday, 29 September during the Talent Awards Ceremony at the Stadsschouwburg Utrecht.
