This documentary is part of a three-part series written by Willeke van Ammelrooy, taking a playful look at menstruation. The title is taken from a popular expression to indicate that a woman is menstruating. As is De vlag hangt uit (The Flag's out) and Opoe is op bezoek (Grandpa's visiting).
