Vacationing friends Bodil and Isabel provide each other an alibi to sleep around. But when Isabel goes missing at a moment they supposedly were together, Bodil gets into trouble, in this feature film with thriller elements.
Every now and then, Bodil (Bracha van Doesburgh) and Isabel (Elise Schaap) escape their busy daily lives by taking a weekend getaway to the Belgian coast. During these weekends, they are their mutual alibis while sleeping around, purely for the thrill and relaxation. They carefully plan all details, so their husbands will never find out. When Isabel goes missing during one such weekend, everything seems to point in the direction of a crime. While the police starts an investigation and the husbands travel to Belgium, Bodil gets more and more entangled in the web of lies that she and Isabel so meticulously spun.
