Eine kleine Nachtmerrie

Director: Ate de Jong
Six dark horror stories for children, written by Theo Nijland and Wanda Reisel. In the episodes, each named after a musical instrument, children experience mysterious and gruesome things. For instance, in the first episode, The Drum, a girl is not allowed to drum at home by her over-stressed mother. But she also finds it difficult to find a place outside to drum. So she ends up in the cemetery, where she also disturbs the peace and meets creatures... In The Cello a girl has a gruesome lesson at a murky music school. Fortunately the stories have a happy ending.
