Dog looks for new home. Cat and rabbit do too. Behind the scenes of a large animal shelter, people go all-out to achieve the perfect match.
A constant stream of discarded dogs, cats and rabbits puts the loving bond between man and animal on edge within the walls of a shelter. After all, pets are, apart from life companions, status symbols that people make ever higher demands on. With attentive care and training, the likely candidates are spruced up by employees and dedicated volunteers and groomed for the right match with a new owner; in the shelter, everything revolves around giving the outcasts a new home. But how about the outsiders?
