During Alexander’s complex search for understanding and reconciliation with his embittered father – a former SS officer – and his mother, presumed long lost, he gradually becomes a complete husband, son and father. Fictionalised TV adaptation in eight episodes, based on the eponymous family biography of Alexander Münninghoff (1944-2020). A drama involving different generations, in a poignant family history.
