To find out what underlies her work addiction and to escape herself, artist Karina Beumer posts a striking vacancy in this personal documentary: She looks for someone to replace her. The applications pour in, all with different motivations. It does not take long before Karina gets more and more involved with all her substitutes. However, while her productivity keeps growing, more and more cracks appear in Karina’s own life. How much identity can you farm out?
