Every Sunday, young Moos pays a visit to her father in the nursing home, but today they go outside. Their vulnerable bond is put to the test when he has a seizure.
Moos’ dad James lives in nursing home De Rosa. Although she does not really look forward to it, she knocks on his door every Sunday. This time round, James challenges her to a game of football, outdoors – something Moos would rather not do. Insecure, but prepared to put aside her intuitive fear, she notices how her worries evaporate in the fresh air. Next, James has a seizure. In her debut movie, Ellie de Lange presents a short family drama about the impotent feeling of being fond of someone who will not accept your care.
