In group therapy sessions, Lena tells about the relationships that have determined her life: with her father, with her first boyfriend and with Marleen, who helped Lena change with an open attitude.
Lena, a young woman, is filmed during various group therapy sessions. In this intimate drama, she is the only person speaking. This way, this short debut film wants to get down to the core of what have been Lena's seminal relationships so far: the relationship with her father, with her first boyfriend and finally with her colleague and dateMarleen. Owing to the unexpectedly open gaze with which Marleen looks at her, Lena, somewhat to her own surprise, is able to see herself in a different light.
