Investigation into the effectiveness of the Brooker therapy.
The documentary follows the experiences of two people taking part in an investigation into the effectiveness of the Brooker therapy. This is an alternative New Zealand therapy with coloured embroidery thread, that offers the last hope for patients with post-traumatic muscular dystrophy. In regular medicine they can no longer be treated. Will radio waves and coloured cotton lead to the same miraculous cure as for patients in New Zealand? In eighteen months we see the last hope of Ria van Haren flare up, while that of Pim de Graaf is extinguished slowly but surely.
