In this film an insight is given on the role of illegal labour subcontractors. At first, it seems they are the true wrongdoers behind the black market money circuit. Labourers who take jobs from these subcontractors are exploited and conned. The film takes a turn when it is discovered that the big building companies are the real culprits. Through the open ending it is shown that the filmmakers were unable to succeed in exposing the practises of large companies.
