Juvenile judges decide on a daily basis on the fate of young offenders and victims of domestic violence and neglect. Filmmakers Meral Uslu and Maria Mok were given the unique opportunity to shoot behind the scenes. They reveal the dilemmas of juvenile judges and the hopeless situation of many delinquents. What to do with the voluble 17-year-old Younes who wants to finish school? Prolong his detention, after all?
