Music video about a ‘barkie’, the old one hundred guilder note and its value at the bar. The visuals are reminiscent of a so-called ‘sandbox’ computer game in which players, in this case the guys of the Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, roam freely across a virtual world. In their universe, the Leidseplein in Amsterdam, minced-meat hotdogs and a many-headed music monster can exist side by side. Accompanied by an old-schoolsynthesizer sound and the rapping and singing language virtuosos of the Jeugd van Tegenwoordig.
