Together with three fellow introverts, director Anne Vaandrager builds a world that reflects their inner experience, transforming spaces into places that do justice to their way of being. Living rooms, a school playground or an office are entirely reshaped around their own introverted needs. At the same time, making the documentary is itself a quest for Anne — to direct from a place of introversion. A personal, cinematic search for representation, connection and introverted leadership.
