St. Nicholas Eve is jeopardised due to a doctor’s wicked plan to infect all children with the ‘barking cough’. So, St. Nicholas and his Club Petes are once more faced with a lot of ‘wild noise’.
The celebration of St. Nicholas Eve is jeopardised. The villainous Doctor Vleugelaer has invented a so-called ‘Barking spray’. Everyone who is exposed to it develops a spontaneous bark. The nasty piece of work wants to give all children the ‘barking cough’, so he can rake in money selling the antidote to the worried parents. To infect as many kids as possible, the doctor starts carrying out his scheme on Saint Nicholas’ boat: he sprays all the presents with the substance. But when the Petes are exposed to the stuff too, the situation runs completely out of hand.
