Incorporating some five portraits of Americans that have a special relationship with the Netherlands, the film characterises the age-old ties between our country and the United States. The filmmakers pay a visit to Americans whose parents emigrated from Holland, but they also introduce legendary anchorman Walter Cronkite and actor Robert Redford.
