Music video featuring singer-songwriter Cosmic Crooner, shot on 16mm film. The stylish clip blends the movie classic Metropolis with the artist’s sources of inspiration.
When composing the song Reflexopolis, singer-songwriter Cosmic Crooner drew inspiration from different artists and various places and movies he appreciated at the time. The song partly deals with precisely this process and is reflective in nature. The title refers to both this reflection and the movie classic Metropolis. Sometimes this is expressed in images of dreamy, verdant locations, and sometimes by focussing on prominent architecture – always with the artist in the leading role.
