Experimental documentary in which the Latvian capital is regarded through cats’ eyes. From flats and government buildings to a commemoration and a cat show; everywhere the cats purr, sniff and yawn with a vengeance.
Experimental documentary in which the Latvian capital is regarded through cats’ eyes. In flats, in government buildings, at the mayor’s office, at a cat show, in a pet parlour and even at a commemoration. The film is not only a tribute to the cat, but also offers a fresh perspective on modern media: while TV reports focus on the advancing threat from Russia, the cats purr, sniff and yawn with a vengeance.
