Drama about the ambitions of two illegal immigrants in the Netherlands who do a criminal job in hopes of realising their dreams: securing a residence permit and a singing career. But reality is obstinate.
Former champion runner Mustafa has been illegally wandering across Europe for years. He hopes he can buy a residence permit by doing criminal jobs. But his shady employer in the Netherlands does not make things easy for him. When during a nocturnal mission in the port Mustafa meets the young and naïve Reda who dreams of an international singing career, Mustafa realises that this way both their dreams will probably not be achieved. In this drama, he decides to help Reda escape the inhumane system that destroyed his own dreams.
