This short documentary celebrates the legendary history of bubbling, a dance culture originating in the 1990s in Rotterdam. This debut goes back to the historical and cultural roots of club music, while at the same time exploring the current scene. As cultural heritage, bubbling has often been overlooked. Here, it is won back as a symbol of freedom, strength and ownership of the diaspora.
