It should have been the best day of his life. But when everything plays out differently than expected, David, while his first baby is being delivered, gradually breaks down.
Spanish Ana and Dutch David are about to have their first baby. But the carefully planned delivery goes haywire from the start. The English-speaking obstetrician is unable to come and David, with his poor Spanish, is excluded from the process more and more. While Ana does her best to deliver the baby, David increasingly loses control. Are his emotions about to gain the upper hand? Or is this the natural process en route to fatherhood?
