In 1979, composer Simeon ten Holt wrote the composition for four voices Bi Ba Bo. Director Ramón Gieling visualised the piece in a musical with the same title, featuring singers from the Quink Vocaal Ensemble. The subtitle of the film reads: `Or how we celebrated our inheritance.' In a colourful, stylised setting, the feelings of a deceased person's descendants run high and low.
