When Eva, a student, approaches the dean of the university for advice, she encounters a wall of resistance. Through the unwillingness and inability of the dean to help Eva, Eva finally finds the courage to break a year and a half of silence.
The deaf student Eva knocks on dean Sandrine’s door. Eva has brought along her younger sister Anna as an interpreter. Eva wants to expose the abuse committed by her professor, but Sandrine advises her against it. It will be your word against his and you will never win, the dean asserts. But when Sandrine has trouble curbing her emotions, Eva understands there is yet another factor in the mix. A debut film about a silence that needs to be broken.
