Silent film by and with the famous Amsterdam variety artiste Adrienne Solser, who was very succesful in the twenties in both theatre and cinema. This film is about Bet Plons, nicknamed the Queen of the Jordaan, who worked on the Nieuwmarkt for twenty-five years, a fact which has to be celebrated.
