Author, poet, and spoken word performer Babs Gons, Poet of the Netherlands since 2023, takes to the barricades armed with her poems. She uses language to gently soothe and call for connection in a political climate increasingly dominated by polarization. Babs Gons start off with hope and, in the midst of a challenging recovery from breast cancer, fully commits to her mission.
