The worried Celeste decides to organize a surprise party to bring the family back together. However, tensions within the family ensure that things turn out completely differently than planned.
When thirty-something Celeste finds out her mother has a secret, the latter asks her to keep it to herself. Nevertheless, Celeste decides to organise a surprise party, in the hope that her mother will share the secret herself. At the same time, the party will be an opportunity to reunite the family that has grown apart. During the preparations, things go wrong: the mutual irritations between her brothers are so strong that not her mother, but Celeste herself is taken by surprise.
