When her manager brings up a sale during the morning briefing, Ana knows: this is going to be a tough day. Things are already difficult enough for her. Ana is a Latin American migrant working in a fast fashion shop in Amsterdam. Every day is chaotic, as she doesn't speak the language well. In this short debut, we see the toll the language barrier takes. However neat and efficient Ana's work may be, customers remain curt and rude. Until Ana's body literally can't take it anymore.
