Andy is a country-bred boy who, armed with a cheese axe and a cynical eye, ends up in the glorious and stirring city of Amsterdam. He lashes out with a vengeance in the decadent milieu where he runs into an extravagant model. She considers Andy an interesting toy and together they embark on a search for excitement and adventure. Frank Wiering’s debut, with a soundtrack by Normaal and Herman Brood and his Wild Romance. A boisterous, tragicomic attempt to capture the spirit of the 1970s.
