This experimental animation film explores the interaction between a soundtrack full of effects and abstracted images. The sounds leave little to the imagination: a door opens, two people groan with pleasure, the toilet is flushed. The sound tells the story, which is visualised with abstract animations, in lines, planes and colours. These images are essentially recognisable, but, oddly enough, do challenge the imagination. Did we see New York there?
