When fifty-something Barbara for the first time goes on holiday alone, to the sunny island of Ibiza, she is confronted with a world that is not arranged for single people.
In this graduation film, one sultry afternoon Barbara (55) arrives at the popular island of Ibiza for a holiday full of sun, sea and sangria. For the first time in her life, she travels alone, which makes her rather tense. Besides, everything appears to be attuned to couples and groups. In an obstacle-ridden week, what should have been a relaxed vacation changes into a period that sees Barbara struggling with attempts to be content with herself.
