A mysterious man rings the bell of random doors and points his camera at the people living there. He himself stays silent throughout. How will people react in this equally unique and unpredictable experiment?
Just like Hendrikx' award-winning Stranger in Paradise, this film is again based on a completely autonomous idea. He takes his camera and walks through shipshape residential areas and rings at all sorts of doors. When someone opens up, he runs his camera, but does not utter a word himself. Almost like a visitor from outer space. Which emotions does this stir up in people? From a warm welcome and outpourings to aggression, in this exploration of human contact and filmmaking as such.
